Sonia Ferreira is a highly qualified ETD Practitioner with extensive knowledge and years of experience in the call centre industry as a relationship manager, training and development manager, and call centre manager. Lectured Business Communication for IMM (Institute of Marketing Management) degree, facilitates and presents her own soft skills seminars and workshops.
Sonia has acquired qualifications in Marketing & Business Management, Training Management, Call Centre Management, Public Relations and Events and Conference Management. She is a dynamic trainer and preferred by major corporate’s such as Kelly - IBM, Glenrand MIB, Standard Bank, Auto & General, Dial Direct, First for Women, Budget Insurance Brokers, BestSure Brokers, and many other Call Centre industry leaders.
Angelique Morton, has extensive knowledge and more than 16 years of experience in corporate communications, editing and events management. Her passion for people, communications and personal development naturally led her to facilitating and presenting soft skills seminars and workshops. Angelique inspires and encourages people to reach their full potential.
